The project features on-off and dimmable lighting, air conditioning, and underfloor heating, all integrated into a mobile application with customizable scenarios and full Apple HomeKit compatibility for a seamless user experience.
For security, we installed a high-performance alarm system, video surveillance, and a video doorphone, ensuring peace of mind and remote access control. A TV sound system and multiple smart TVs were integrated to enhance the home entertainment experience.
